Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the Aumora website, operated by Aumora, a sole proprietorship located at 57 Rue des Tilleuls, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France (SIRET: [PENDING]).

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Aumora reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, via the payment methods offered on the website.

Article 5 — Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2 business days, then delivered within 7 business days (Bacalar, Milano) or 12 business days (Cali). The applicable delivery time is shown on each product page and is indicative. Every shipment is tracked.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty. The item must be sent back in its original condition, with its case, within 14 days of the request, to: Aumora – Returns, 57 Rue des Tilleuls, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund (price and standard shipping costs) is made no later than 14 days after the request. Article 7 — Warranties

Products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If an item is damaged, defective or not as ordered, Aumora offers a new item or a refund, at its own expense.
